What Area Do You Service?

We are currently servicing Midlothian, Va and surrounding areas. 

If I Cancel Can I Receive A Refund?

All rental bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled event. If you cancel within this timeframe you will receive a FULL REFUND. The deposit is nonrefundable when cancelled outside of the 48 hour timeframe

Are Your Bounce Houses Insured?

Yes. All rentals will be covered with insurance.

Does The Price Include Set Up & Delivery?

Yes. set up and delivery is included in the price, however if you are more than 20 miles from the Midlothian, Va area additional fees will be added. We will send you a final invoice after your booking is submitted which will include the final amount owed and additional travel fees if permitted. 

Do You Offer Booking Timeframes Other Than The Listed Times? 

We do everything we can to accomodate our customers. If you would like another timeframe please send us message or email us at mr.inflatables22@gmail.com

What Type Of Surface Can You Set Up On?

We can set up on grass (our most preferred option), asphalt, dirt, and concrete. We cannot set up on any type of mulch, rock, or gravel as this could damage the inflatable

Do You Require A Deposit To Book?

Yes. All customers must pay a $100 deposit for inflatable rentals which is applied to the final balance.

Do I Need A Power Outlet?

Bounce House rentals must be set up on flat ground no more than 50 to 100 feet from a power source. If not then an additional fee will be added for use of generator.

Will You Set Up At An Apartment Complex?

Due to liability concerns we will NOT set up at an apartment complex.
